I’m a keen communicator with a talent for blending strategy and storytelling with a love for meaningful work. My experience spans public affairs, lifestyle marketing, and non-profit communications, working with brands such as McCain Foods, MEC, Girl Guides of Canada, and Kimberly-Clark. Along the way, I’ve secured coverage in top-tier outlets across CAN and the US, including Global News, CBC News, NPR, The New York Times, and more.
I hold a diploma and bachelor’s degree in communications, complemented by a master’s degree in international affairs (because understanding our world helps inform the best stories!).
Outside of work, I stay active as a volleyball player, curler, and tennis player, and remain deeply engaged in my community through NFP committees and serving on a Board of Directors.
